The 2nd and final ERA-CVD scientific symposium in Riga, Latvia ERA-CVD convened in September 2022 to hear latest cutting-edge results, and innovative ideas of the ERA-CVD funded transnational research consortia. More than 150 researchers, clinicians and – not least - Early Career Researchers (ECRs) met and discussed the broad spectrum of fabulous research findings, published in high ranking scientific journals. Poster sessions by ECRs, word café discussion rounds and a poster award ceremony on a boat rip rounded up this marvellous final ERA-CVD event.
